I’m writing this quick post to let you know about a new project I’m working on. I know it’s been a while since I’ve made a post but I assure you, Im not dead. Actually, I’ve been working to write posts behind the scenes and focus more on off-screen writing (for the time-being) as well as travel and other projects.
Thanks for sticking around. I have many posts in the works for the near future.
Right now I am in Mexico City. It’s been a really hectic week because I was actually able to get my parents to come down from Canada and visit Mexico City as well as my girlfriend and her family. It’s exciting because not only did I get to finally buy my parents a trip to Mexico (thanks to travel points) but I also get to introduce them to somewhere totally unique from up north.
As for the title of this post, it’s all about a new project that is about to launch this coming Saturday. It’s called ORIGDIG, the original digital treasure hunt. ORIGDIG introduces you to new online businesses and gives you the chance to win some great prizes.
See, I love when I see new and unique online businesses pop up. I love reading about new products and projects and seeing new entrepreneurs flourish. I also love the idea of winning prizes, creating excitement, and showing other people the cool products available online.
That’s why I created ORIGDIG. It allows me to find businesses, get them to give you some great prizes, and design some easy questions that enable you to visit their website and potentially find something you love. The questionairre forms are very easy and will have one question related to each business. The treasure hunt lasts for 48 hours. First person finished wins the prize of their choice and everyone else who completes the hunt is entered in a draw to win the remaining prizes.
This saturday is the first one ever and your odds of winning are extremely good.
The prizes for this hunt is a $100 AppSumo gift certificate, $50 towards Calico Juno Designs, 1 of 2 sweaters from Not Your Average Sweater, and a wicked EBook from Wandering Earl.
I’d love to have you join. It’s free of course but you do need to sign up to get the form. Many treasure hunts are coming up and some will have common themes for lovers of certain products and niches.
So what d’ya think? You gonna sign up at ORIGDIG and take part in the first ever treasure hunt?
